There is no fee for classes at this time but if you are able to give any amount for class, please go to the tab Pay What You Can .

Classes are offered on-line through Zoom. To sign up for a class, please email me at at least 30 minutes prior to class to receive the Zoom link.

Yoga For All

Every Monday Night from 6 pm - 7 pm

Dates: 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27

An easy to follow, slow paced, flow of postures, with an emphasis on alignment and taking care of your body. We will focus on stretching the body while gaining flexibility, balance and strength. Good for all levels. Easy to follow for beginners.

Slow Flow Foundations

Every Wednesday Night from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Dates: 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29 (no class 7/1)

This class is a slow paced vinyasa style class. Enjoy slowing down and feeling the poses in your body while still flowing and working with your breathe. Calm the mind as you gain flexibility, balance and strength. Modifications will be offered throughout the class. Good for all levels. Easy to follow for beginners.
